106.5 Format Tweak?

I hardly ever listen to WEND. I mean there's only so much Linkin Park I can take. Anyway, I just got a call from a friend who is an avid END listener. He said that it sounded like they had done a format change over the holiday weekend. He also said that over the weekend, they did a lot of "retro"-type format. After looking at their online play-list, it does seem a little different (first big shocker is that out of 10 songs, Linkin Park is not one of them...)
I am just curious if anyone out there knows if the long-standing rumour that The End is flipping has finally come true? Looking at their play-list, they obviously haven't flipped, but has WEND tweaked their format?

WEND did a "block party" weekend. They played blocks of artists. They did play some retro and it did seem like alot but it was because it stuck out like a sore thumb because it seemed like the retro blocks lasted forever.
