I know it's early yet but November and the Thanksgiving Christmas switch is right around the corner. It should be interesting this year if in the wake of renewed competition Lite will make the switch at Thanksgiving this year or like the last 2 years the week before Thanksgiving. It's going to also be interesting if the Christmas format on Lite drives even more people to Fresh 102.7 and CBS 101.1. Obviously neither station will be playing Christmas music for several reasons. Fresh can't play it because it's a current station going only back to the 80's and doesn't have the library to run a worthwhile Christmas collection. It might sprinkle in a few tunes here and there but that's as far as they'll go, plus they'll want to provide an alternative to the non-stop Christmas tunes on Lite.
As for CBS, they just returned and as such are still getting adjusted to their current format. It's unlikely they're going to want to take a take a month and half and lose whatever momentum they're building in formating and adjusting their playlist to suit the wants of the audience, to play a bunch of Christmas music. Though in the unlikely event CBS did switch to Christmas their style probably would steal Lite FM's audience. You'd be hearing some of the same songs but in different ways. CBS FM wouldn't just play the songs but share the meaning of the songs and some info about the singers. Given a chance to learn about the music they're hearing some listeners probably would abandon Lite for CBS, but like I said it's unlikely Bob Shannon would authorize such a switch at this stage of time.
