Yup. This marks the 3rd FM station in the area to flip.

They say it's 100% all Christmas. Merry Mix-mas.

lmao

Not sure I understand this move---if your two competitors both zig, aren't you supposed to zag? Which in this case means stay the course? My better half is on a WARM/WROZ boycott right now because of the early switch to Christmas. She had been listening to MIx more. Or do they think they can garner some attention in Harrisburg w/this? Good luck, they'll never outgun the mighty 960!
:^)

Can someone tell me how Dan Fogelberg's "Same Old Lang Syne" is considered a Christmas tune? This song is about two unhappy people, going through a mid-life crisis, drinking beer in a Saab parked outside a liquor store – on a night which just happens to be Christmas Eve. In reality, it is promoting open containers of alcohol and driving messed up (impairment begins with the first drink) during the holiday season. Oh well, I’ll just turn to make my way back home before the snow turns into rain.

I don't know, but the harmony is tight. I personally get a little misty every time I hear it -- the part where they can actually get a six-pack at their liquor store. Obviously Fogelberg never tried his hand at deciphering the ludicrous mindf**k that is Pennsylvania's alcohol statute.
