106.9 dead air!?

yesterday at about 2 p.m. when i tuned into 106.9 all Sean was cutting in and out and today it's been dead air. is this on purpose or is Merlin just not paying attension?
 
Oh my GOD! A radio station doing technical adjustments after a purchase actually went off the air! Call the FCC! Alert the military!
 
Besides insiders, I doubt anyone even knows they are live yet. They haven't done any advertising and they are simply using this time to test their signal. I was listening to Sean live on WABC and then I switched to 106.9. He wasn't live though, it was a repeat.
