106.9 is WKVP now???

I did not see ANY filings related to changing the WWIQ 106.9 calls, or the WKVP 89.5 calls. But they're broadcasting the station id "Philadelphia's Positive Encouraging K-Love: 106.9 WKVP Camden." Can somebody explain what happened, or are they in error?

Does anybody know how 89.5 is identifying itself now?

@MarcB If 89.5 hadn't been (and as far as I know, still is) using the WKVP calls, I wouldn't think twice. But I see nothing in the CDBS system for changing the calls for WWIQ/Camden/106.9/facility #20842 or WKVP/Cherry Hill/89.5/facility #7045. (I assume that 89.5 will be changed to Air1-related calls, but, again, I haven't seen any filings related to it.)

No HD or HD sides as of 11AM.

This station is nothing but a 38000 watt translator with a main studio over 2000 miles away you gotta love the fcc.
WWIQ was basically the same thing after they dumped all local programming and even with the 'local' morning show it was NYC personalities. All syndication or all satellite fed, what's the difference. That's radio today.

89.5 will be WYPA per the K-Love affiliate listing

It will be interesting to see how K-Love does in the ratings as the first attempt locally at Christian Contemporary on a 'full market' signal on FM. WZZD held the format for about 20 years but being on AM limited the appeal. In some markets the format is doing very well. Given the well-done presentation (the imaging - overall sound is as good as any major market Adult Contemporary station) I think the ratings potential is there. If I were marketing this I'd promote it heavily to church youth groups - unlike most 'religious' formats (that lean fundamentalist-conservative) this music/format appeals also to mainstream denomination moderate and liberal Christians, too - positive music without being preached at.

Checking the publicly accessible FCC database, it was discovered the call sign change was effective on November 5, 2014 AD.

Also, a station can use any call sign it wants EXCEPT for the LEGAL ID, which may or may not be broadcast exactly at the top of the hour. They may have buried a "WWIQ, Camden" somewhere in the break, and then used the fancy, over-produced ID at TOH.
