I am well inside the strong signal area of the station ( under 20 miles ). I am now picking it up with a very weak fringe like signal. Does anyone know why they are running on greatly reduced power. It is usually the strongest signal at my location.
 
Just guessing here, but these days have been quite weird in terms of propagation... Been picking Baltimore FM stations near Philly where they usually don't even have a very fringe signal.
