106.9 KZY MIdday Opening

Just noticed an opening for 'KZY in ALL ACCESS. What's the lowdown on this station?

Are they a serious contender in the market? I realize they're Arbitron potential is limited, due to the fact that Gainesville-Ocala is a combined market & 106.9 only covers the northern half reliably.

Then again, it *has* been awhile since I've been there, so perhaps they've made some gains against KTK since then (?)
