106.9 - The Q They have a morning DJ?

Hello everyone,
When I turn on the radio this morning, I heard a DJ announcing the song titles of the played songs. I think it is real human on the mic or they have a fantastic artificial intelligence programming running. Is this a permanent thing? Just curious to know.
