107.1 in new haven

Hey I noticed when I was in new haven on wednesday around noon that I had gotten wlir 107.1 and wccc 106.9 clear as a bell. but when I went through on friday around 5pm all I had on 106.9 was silence like 107.1 was in hi definition. (wlir noise though where the religious station didn't come in) at the new haven train station. why was this do you guys suppose. I doubt that religious station is 1 watt. if it was I should have been able to get wccc. whats your guys take on this. Is it possible to file a complaint that the 107.1 in new haven because its covering over the power they should? lastly Is there a way you can test the signal intesity to see if an fm frequency is over the power it should be?

wow that thing has literally got to be right next to the trains station. I do recall hearing nothing but silence on 106.9 when that thing is on
