107.1 simulcasting WEEI

This afternoon on Christmas Day I tuned into 107.1 WERZ in the Concord area and heard a simulcast of 107.7 which is rebroadcasting WEEI. Any one know any more about this? Is this WERZ or a translator somewhere? And are the Pulse broadcasting WEEI now?
