107.3 around Castleton

Heard a urban station of sorts tonight at 107.3 on northeast side as I traveled on 465 from cumulus building to past Allisonville road interchange. Any ideas who this might be?

The DX lists are reporting quite a bit of midwinter E-skip, which is not entirely unusual right around late December...so this could have been coming from anywhere 700 to 1300 or so miles away!
