107.3 DOCK FM

Hey All A new Radio Station just went on the air.
KQDR [From Savoy i think?] Just signed on with a pretty good Format.
Signal is Decent here in Mckinney. If i angle the antenna Correctly i can get
static Free Stereo. The Format i believe is Adult Hits. Like Jack-FM. They
clearly are trying to Cover the Texoma Area.

They have no website but the phone number is 1-888-534-1073

I stumbled on them Saturday when I was checking HD reception in Van Alstyne. I'll have to see how they are doing in North Dallas, Richardson, and Plano - but I think sidebands from 107.5 will jam them.

Pure Static in Irving.... Are they 24 Hour ?

Not that I'd care to listen to Hits, Adult or otherwise..
They are 24/7
But i doubt the signal goes that far. It's a little finicky here in Mckinney.
Only my S350DL can get it. And that's only if i point the antenna a little bit to
the north.

It starts struggling with iBlock about the Allen / Plano city line. Spotty reception in Plano - but considering the playlist I heard - who cares?!

For those of us who can't hear it, how about a sample of their playlist? (And what's with the "Doc" nickname anyway?)

They're called Dock FM probably because they serve Lake Texoma.
The playlist is like Jack-FM.

I give a playlist, but I never have heard the clunkers they played before! They were AWFUL. I'd rather hear "Muscrat Love" 1000 times than some of the songs they played. Yes - they were THAT BAD! All I can say about those wierd, awful songs is "what's up, DOCK?!"

The owners of this station have periodically advertised for a sales manager on AllAccess.Com. Seems like they went by something like the Prophecy Media Group. Driving from NW Arkansas to DFW tomorrow so I will get to listen coming down 75.
