107.5 :a Philly suburb target?

If you look at the top ten stations that show up in the Reading market 12+ Arbs, at least seven are Philadelphia stations. The lehigh valley stations show up farther down the list. Would a Philly-suburb-listener target work in this case? And if so, what format?

Considering that the signal really gets into Montgomery County, as well as upper Bucks and northern Chester, I think it would be silly to only concentrate on Reading.

Given that signal, I'd do Country. It'd immediately be one of the top stations in Reading, give Cat Country a run for its money in Allentown, and take some of the XTU listeners in the northern part of the Philly market. Second choice would probably be CHR, since Reading lacks CHR and Allentown's CHR sounds very Hot AC. A more balanced CHR could also pick off some suburban listeners from Q.

A format that focused exclusively on the Philly suburbs, like Alternative, would be a harder sell.
