The DAM morning show starts Monday on KXTE featuring former EXTREME personalities Dave Farra and Mahoney. It's the first local morning show in the station's history.

Over at AREA 107.9 they have shifted to gold based Alternative with a playlist of only 10 currents.
 
Congrats to Dave and Mohoney! I was a fan of the Extreme Disorder (why they fired them, I have no idea) and Dave was the most talented guy on that show. I don't know much about Mohoney but I hear he's great.

No comment on Area.
 
They fired them (Disorder), because their numbers weren't good. Not bagging on these two guys personally, but that show was stilted, mundane and boring. This was a very poor choice and it won't last long.
 
What a shocker! They hire someone they party and hang with on weekends even though they were fired from the station once already due to sagging ratings and costs!!! Way to mix it up! Basically they re-hired a friend, once again proving it's not what you do its who you know. Same ole same ole. Blippity blah blah.
