So 107.5 was playing oldies which is why I had it as a preset in my van's radio but I noticed it has switched to dance music as of Friday. No station ID, no commercials, no DJ. RDS says Planet Vibe Radio but I can't find any info online about it at all.
You are correct for the requirement for digital notification. I still just find it odd that as a professional broadcaster, they don't want to show themselves as digital anywhere, even if it isn't required. Maybe it's just me lol. Their HD subchannels sound so muffled, low bit rate, low modulation anyway maybe they intentionally don't want to draw attention to them & just want the translators to stand as independently as possible.I may be mistaken, but I thought digital notification was only necessary if the station was running higher power than the 1% baseline for HD.
I've been holding off on updating my website for this dance format because it sounds so weirdly out of place and temporary, but since it's sticking around, I'll change it over.

I also completely agree that the dance format just sounds so out of place, especially with no imaging, and when I say no imaging that also includes no legal ID. Not even on the parent signal. I listened for over an hour yesterday to see if I could catch anything at all & absolutely nothing. I thought it was a stunt too at first but it's been going on too long for that I think.
