I'm just curious to know why 107.5 FM's power has been reduced drastically.
Throughout it's tenure as "Smooth Jazz 107.5 The Oasis", their power output was 100,000 watts, but after they changed to MOViN 107.5, they've drastically reduced it to 25,000 and before changing to Mega 107.5, they've reduced it even more to 16,500. This leaves the frequency more susceptible to interference on its radio signals (main and HD1 & 2) even when I take my HD radio on the go. Did other surrounding cities in Abilene, Wichita Falls, or Tyler launched their stations at the 107.5 FM frequency?
