107.5 Pirate in Hartford or New Britain?

While walking through Willow Brook Park and then up Pond Street towards Kensington Avenue in New Britain's south end, I started getting a weak signal of a station on 107.5 FM. I heard stuff with reggae and/or West Indian music. I then heard a sponsor or two. One advertised some type of night club. One other spot mentioned, If I recall, Wintonbury Avenue in Bloomfield.

Anyways, is anybody at WFCS-FM 107.7 of New Britain (CCSU's station) aware of this? :confused:
