107.5 The River's "Intern Adam" Floods Preds With Lawsuit

Wow! I think more than anyone else, Intern Adam was the "face" of that radio station. But that's the current regime at CC. Better to get rid of Adam than lose ad dollars from the Preds.

Woody and Jim are, have been, and will likely continue to be the face of that station. I'm pretty sure their names resonate more with River listeners than Intern Adams did.

I haven't heard of this news on any local sports talk. Most likely I just missed it. But I listen to a LOT of sports talk.

Normally I'd say a suit like that doesn't stand a chance but then I think of how insane things have become so he may get something.

Not an ounce of disrespect to W&J, but Adam had Gerry House's "controversy pants" and had more freedom to be un-politically correct with artists and personalities around town. It was Adam that leaked the Britney single that made national news and he had quite a go-round with Kellie Pickler a few years ago after spotting her in a fast-food drive through. My comment stands.

There's no reason to talk about this on local sports talk radio, because it's not a sports story. It's a publicity-stunt-gone-wrong story, and an uninteresting one at that. And the sports talk audience doesn't really cross over with the 107.5 The River audience, so it's unlikely very many people will even know who he is. Then, there's the whole "talking about other radio stations" thing, and people on the radio generally don't talk about other radio stations anymore, not even the ones in their own cluster.
