Picked up 107.7 The Edge WFCS from Central Connecticut State University in New Britain while sitting in the car waiting for my Mom to get out of her appointment at Starling Physicians on Kensington Avenue in New Britain. The song playing was "What a Feeling" the song from Flash Dance. I wasn't sure if it was WFCS until I checked the stream on Tune-in. Sure enough when the stream for WFCS loaded "What a Feeling" was playing. They were obviously having some technical problems as the audio dropped out multiple times. Then after the song concluded there was several minutes of dead air. That was followed by one of the goofiest liners I have ever heard "When you wake up and find a White Cat in your car you know you're listening to 107.7 The Edge". (Truthfully I think I heard that liner on WFCS before). This was followed by more dead air. I don't know how long the dead air continued because I tuned out.
