107.9 WNCT

Is something wrong with 107.9 WNCT signal. I can't really pick them up in Roanoke Rapids anymore. Do anybody know whats up?
 
It's not all that good here in Rocky Mount either as it once was. Something wrong with the transmitter? reduced power?
 
93.3 is in the process of installing a new set of panels on the Grifton tower. 107.9 is directly below 93.3 on the tower so they may have had to reduce power while the work is being done.
