1070 plattsburgh

Under which regime / call letters were 1070's studios in the old trailer at the tower site? Did 1070 have studios both in the old trailer and in Winooski, VT?

How big of a player in the market was AM 1070 in the WKDR era? Did this station always have studios in both Plattsburgh and Burlington?

I was one of the owners of WKDR 1990 -1999. 1070 WKDR was the area's prototype for modern talk radio in the Champlain Valley. (Rush Limbaugh's 3rd Affiliate) We had a lot of well know broadcasters on board and that drove up the numbers. But the daytime only status killed us. So in 92 we acquired 1390 and moved the calls and programming there. We programmed 1070 with CNN Headline News (new calls WNWX) and sold it to Barry Lunderville several years later.
