Northern California 1080 KSCO Horrible distorted signal at night fine during day.

For some reason 1080 KSCO has a horrible distorted signal at night. During the day their signal is perfectly fine.

It almost sounds like they are overdriving some PA or something is screwed up when they switch to night power. They previously received a FCC forfeiture for night power violations in 2022

Before you say it's a overloaded SDR look at KOMY on 1340 that's perfectly fine. All 5 AM radios i own show this behavior.

I heard that last year when visiting Santa Cruz…your report makes me wonder if anyone at KSCO is paying attention.
