Radio Luz Boston 1150 AM is no more, and they are transitioning to On Demand programming. The station has been sold.

This means The Relevant Radio Network will be debuting in a few days to a few weeks on 1150

So Boston now has two Catholic AM stations... Relevant Radio 970 WWDJ and Holy Family Radio 1060 WQOM.

WQOM carries mostly EWTN programming, while Relevant Radio has its own programming from its headquarters in Milwaukee.

WWDJ is on 1150; the calls used to be (going back to the Kent Burkhart days) on 970 in Hackensack, NJ, but moved to Boston when that changed to WNYM.

Heard some EWTN programming on Relevant Radio tonight.

What programming was that? Relevant Radio carries all of its own programming

Meanwhile, EMF still has its tongue hanging out looking to enter the market...sorta like a one-eyed cat peeping in a Seafood store.:D

They are carrying EWTN Nightly News....so, maybe, you are incorrect?!?

;-)

I could be.. but its odd that they would... Relevant Radio has its own news team
