Earlier this week in Central Minnesota I was picking up Scott Shannon's True Oldies channel on 1170 during the pre-dawn hours.
Since KJOC (or whatever the ex-KSTT is) generally owns the channel in the upper Mississippi valley at night, I wondered if the cloud company has flipped the format. No ID....legal or otherwise....at the top of the hour. This was at about 5am, and the only other thing I could think of was that the 1170 in Waseca, MN (over 100 miles away) had "forgotten" to power down. The format was also audible in the slop "next door" on 1160 via KHPP in Waukon, IA. But on 1170 it completely dominated the channel.
