1190 - what was I hearing?

On 1190 late last night on my car radio here in Southern Indiana, I heard a station giving WOWO a run for its money. Of course all the fades happened at just the right time, and I wasn't able to ID it. It was playing some very classic country and maybe even some bluegrass. (Obviously not WLIB!) Any ideas on who this might be?

CFSL in Weyburn, SK has a Country format but I don't know if they have and Classic County/Bluegrass shows.

Don't think CFSLs' directional pattern has been "in" for quite some time.
Been audible in Boise for over a year. Shouldn't even hear it at all.

KFXR plays classic country at times when they don't air paid programming. This has been going on for several years.

I have recently heard WIXE-1190 from Monroe, NC MANY TIMES in the evenings here in Lexington, KY with Country Music. They have a CP to bump power to 25,000 watts Daytime, but only 85 watts at night....all Non-Directional, I believe. They are not always there, but when they are, WLIB and WOWO do NOT have a chance here in Central KY. Either they do a lot of testing of the 25 kw signal before midnight (which is not supposed to happen) or they just don't care.

I'm kind of leaning toward KQQZ. I looked them up and see that they have a CP for 650 watts of night power now (even though very little of it's coming my way). If that's new, that would explain why I don't remember hearing them in the past.

It seemed to be an odd night, and I heard a lot of new stuff. For example, 680 WCCT Corbin, KY, was BOOMING in with a mix of Oldies and Standards. That channel's normally just a mess of unlistenable noise at night. It makes me suspect that 680 WDRD Louisville, KY, was off the air.
