a station in Odessa Midland came in on top with a 12.9 on 12+ how does this happen? it doubled the second place station somone please explane!
 
What? do you have no idea how arbitron works? Sad!

It's the percentage of the market that listens.
 
yes i know exacly how arbitron works the question is how does a station scores 20's 17's in a market where they have like 20 other stations!

... because that much percent of the market listens to those stations, and not the other stations......
