12 News Using Caribe Devine as Third Anchor

I rarely watch 12 News these days, but took a look late last week. I noticed that 12 News appears to be using Caribe Devine as a third news anchor on the evening shows (EVB Live, 5, 6, and 10). She reads some of the news stories, stands next to Mark and Vanessa during some news segments, and then does the weather. On EVB Live, they added Joe Dana to the mix as well. Are they simply trying to shore up their sagging newscasts or are they copying ABC15 with the 3+ anchor approach?
