120 Million for 93.5's

Isn't this the deal you said wasn't going to close?

Ask David what 103.9 and 98.3 are worth now with cash flow. It's about maximising the signal. The 93.5 combined synchrocast has a similar coverage to those (actually slightly better).

Depends on how well sales are going there.

Last Arbitron numbers I saw for KDAY showed them #20 in 18-34 (#12 if you excelude Spanish-language stations) and #31 in 25-54 (#20 w/o the Hispanics). That's not going to get a lot of agency buys as a standalone in the market.

In the older demos, even KABC, KFI and KNX beat them, and they are only one-tenth of a point ahead of Indie (although they have twice Indie's numbers in the younger demo).

Note: I am only using Indie as a benchmark here, since all of our discussions have made us familiar with their ratings.

I wonder if a format change is in the future for the 93.5s ...<P ID="signature">______________

And the Recuerdo simulcast is also doing MUCH better in the ratings.
