Conservative talk is gone from 1210.

Maybe this will be paired up through a lease to get programming onto W257CY 99.3.

I would look for a change to put 99.3 on Flinns tower diplexed in with 97.7 if so. Nothing has been filed yet though. Just throwing out the idea.
