Driving around today, I noticed that 1240 is back on the air. They still seem to have a problem as the audio was cutting out. Even so, the gospel music was quite good.

I'm not a lawyer, but can donations to a commercial radio station owned by an individual or group of individuals be tax deductible. Is Rejoice 1240 now "owned and operated" by a non-profit organization?
