1250 lineup change

League contracts. NASCAR and NBA. They are going to get slaughtered on both this year and likely next. Its why they are demanding more compensation from smaller market stations as contracts come due. ESPN tracks radio and TV money seperately but it all goes to the same bottom line.

What NASCAR contract does ESPN Radio have? The races are carried by PRN or MRN.
I think the idea here is all the money goes the same place, so they will use the newer revenue from radio to cover the TV expenses. Is that accurate?

Yes, as I said ESPN counts its radio and TV revenues seperately but they all go to the corporate bottom line, so it covers losses in radio with TV money and visa versa. They are having cover the money they are making with those TV contracts with additional radio revenues. They can't really hit the cable operators again. You would not believe how much of your cable/satellite bill is just for ESPN.
