1250 The Zone Forgetting to Power Down

I'm about 330 miles or so north of San Antonio and 1250 KZDC was booming in last night. The 25,000 watts they're using during the day can cover a huge area at night. BTW, 1250 is only licensed for 1,000 watts at night.

Was this a one-time screw up or has this been going on regularly?
