Just a suggestion, you should put that laptop down and drive instead, can be quite dangerous to type and drive.
also, you do know that KFLC is a daytimer 50 KW right? That should explain a lot. Nothing out of the ordinary. They are Directional, but still nothing amazing. Especially i you caught it in the evening when the sun is setting and they are still in their daytime pattern. At night, it is a whole nother story with their weaker 5 KW patter.
