1290 KOUU Pocatello caught? and 1500 AM question

This morning, about 8:20AM... I caught a country station on 1290 AM. It was overpowering KUMA Pendelton. The only country on 1290 I know is KOUU in Pocatello, ID... but it could not be that. So, is it KOUU, or is there another country station closer to KOUU?

Also, yesterday around the same time as 1290 AM, I caught a forgian language station on 1500 AM very weakly... usually I would get nothing. Who is this?

Could you 1500 be KSJX San Jose, CA?
 
Yeah... KSJX, I get forgian language stations a lot, and at night, most of them are from San Jose! :D

They were coming in like gangbusters here in Phoenix this morning as well. I rarely get them and they don't have a strong signal in our direction.
