1310 Coming in Better

Has anyone noticed since all but 1 of thier towers was
knocked down that reception is actually BETTER?!
Especially at night. Used to be hard to hear them,
now they come in clear as a bell at night
And Daytime reception is Improved too.
Maybe they should leave it this way

You are probably in a null of their DA...and now with out the DA, you have signal!!! No, they cant leave it as such.........the overall range is hurting to the east; dont get used to it

Up here in Grayson and Fannin counties it's nice to have them back on 1700 for as long as it last. I spend lots of time in and around Bonham and the 1700 signal is better there.

Anyone have any pictures, or links to the tower being damaged?

Thanks,
RG

What facility is KTCK protecting with that sharp notch toward The Colony? Is is Joplin, MO?

How did KTCK (the former WRR) end up with such a deep null and four towers? With origins going back to 1920, I would have thought other 1310 (and formerly pre-NARBA 1280) stations would be protecting the historic Dallas facility.

I Would've Kept the WRR Calls.
SPORTS RADIO 1310 W-R-R.
Sounds very Professional and cool 8)

But Oh well.... KTCK is ok too.
And the pattern.....
Dont know why they have to have such a terrible null.
