Hey, that's a great discovery. Whatever possessed you to try that? But you knew if 'KAP could fall, 'RAW was in no way safe. And the broadcast schedule for the new Praise 1340 seems like it's shaping up to be a WYHM carbon copy.

Betrayed, I suppose I was the only one brave enough to post it. I'm sure many people knew RAW's days as an oldies outlet were numbered, given the way CC has been bailing on the format in droves. This, however, gives us concrete proof. With 6 stations serving Reading (and, yes, I consider I-105 a Reading station, even tho' it tehnically isn't) this has been a tumutuous year in Berks (kicking off with WBYN-FM flipping to Frank FM). The only thing to figure out now is when does it happen.

It looks like people from CC monitor this site and your find caused them to take action to hide the big format change... Good work.

WKAP-1340 goes religion

Confirmed by NERW today. Notice the hard-right news ticker alongside the religious content on the station's homepage.

WKAP-1340 will keep Penn State football through at least the bowl games.
