1350 WTDR being heard on 1370?

I saw a post on a DX mailing list that someone up in Canada had logged a snipped of country music on 1370 kHz, and the station ID'ed itself as WGAD. Of course WGAD is 930 and plays oldies; WTDR is on 1350 and plays country music. So this is a bit of a mystery. Could WTDR (AM) have wandered up to 1370 kHz?
 
Maybe mishearing/misunderstanding the call sign given?
