Magic Man's facebook page states after 16yrs , he's been 'shown the door'. The purge continues. Seems if you have a tenure longer than 10 years and you're not shilling radio spots, you're not-so-kindly asked to leave..

And that's one of the stations that's doing very well. So, who's the new PM Drive guy? Or are they moving Chris Reynolds to PM Drive, and going automated in mid-days. They're already syndicated in the morning with Tom Joyner.

That's too bad. Really used to enjoy The Magic Man on WBLK back in the day.

I'm surprised WBLK has such high ratings. I particularly am confused by their format. Are they supposed to be solely R&B now?

that's the same question i have. During the morning to evening BLK sound like an Urban AC then at night like for an hour sound like and Hip-Hop Station.

I personally would love a true hip hop station in Buffalo, similar to how NYC has both HOT 97 and Power 105. Granted, completely different markets, but I used to enjoy both of those stations when I lived down there.

(as of labor day/8pm) still appear on the
email / contact /staff on the website... i know
its probably an oversight and simply some thing
they can not worry about w/ the name
