1420 AM Ocean City, NJ

What station is 1420 AM in the Ocean City, NJ area? It seems to have a talk format and the sound quality is good, near FM sound with little distortion at all. 1410 and 1430 are dead air. Radio-locator and the v-soft.com signal locator do not mention a 1420 at all in Ocean City. What station is this?

As its former chief engineer, I'd lay odds on WBSM. It's 5 kW-D, 1 kW-N, DA2. Same butterfly-shaped pattern day and night.
FCC details here: http://transition.fcc.gov/fcc-bin/amq?list=0&facid=10452 .
My guess is that the saltwater path from the Fairhaven transmitter site to NJ is a very good one. I heard WIBG 1020, WOND 1400, and WBSS 1490 out of Atlantic City local- like during the day while on vacation in Duck NC(on the Outer Banks) a couple of years ago.
