That "Islamic" guy?

I disagree with his views on a regular basis.

Is he "bad" because of this?
 
I didn't realize that a African-American man who was raised in America (Chicago) by African-American parents who believe in Islam, and given an Islamic name (Abdul) is now known as, "that Islamic guy".

When I'm not listening to ESPN, I'll listen to him. He has a fresh perspective on local politics. He's a little unorthodox (the poll question about whether you would spend a year as a black man may be out there for some, but I liked it). Really, he's not all that bad.
 
I saw Abdul heading Downtown on Meridian yesterday. He's been here for a bit but still hasn't changed his vanity license plate from Illinois to Indiana. Maybe he doesn't plan on staying too much longer?

I haven't lived in Illinois for a long time but the fee for Illinois license plates used to be A LOT cheaper than Indiana license plates! I'm surprised Abdul hasn't received a ticket for out-of-state plates yet.
