1430 KZQZ - Live or voice tracked?

Are the DJs live or voice tracked?

The DJs seemed to have more personality when the station first started, now it seems like they are reading from the same script.

Please let me know!

PS - Very cool to hear "Zip Code" by The Five Americans and "Knock On Wood" as performed by Otis Redding & Carla Thomas!

Ive been listening on and off here in Farmington with my GE Super Radio and my terk loop antenna. It appears to me that most of the time it is voice tracked unfortunately.

It seems 1430 in the midst of a standstill. They increased to 50 thousand watts daytime, and have not touched their format at all since. Great music, but their signal is weak south of about Festus, and then almost disappears toward Farmington so it doesn't benefit me at all.

Of course ive got two sucky stations right down the street that Blair in all day long, KTJJ, and KREI. I can tolerate KREI, but not KTJJ.

Coming in loud and clear wherever I go via Tune-in Radio. Hats off to Larry or to whomever programs this gem of an oldies station.

I wish Insane Broadcasting would update their websites too. They haven't been updated in several years. WQQX is still advertising "Hot Talk & Timeless Memories" ???

And BTW has there been ANY talk shows on those stations? All I've heard is music.

Romanik hosts a show I think at 10 or 11 am that simulcasts on 1190 and 1490, but other then him and the short lived stint by Kevin Slaten on 1190, that is the only talk programming I know of on any of the Insane stations.
