I notice WTAL has added Lars Larson and Jim Bohannon from Westwood One for overnights but has gone all local in the daytime and no longer airs the Radio Factor with Bill O'Reilly. This station lost Hannity to 100.7 WFLA-FM, but did they lose or dump O'Reilly?
It's primarily brokered preachers during the day. There are a few "local public issues" programs
that I believe they charge for. The music they run comes from the "Rejoice" network.
I don't know the story about O'Reilly's show. I'm guessing that dumped it, since it hasn't turned
up on any other stations..at least not yet.
Most of their business appears to come from African-American teaching/talk programs. Here's their
newly-revamped website: http://www.wtal1450.com
106.1 is now all off the bird.....and the Gators as well of course.
6am-10am: Mancow In The Morning 10am-1pm: Dennis Miller 1pm-4pm: Neil Boortz 4pm-6pm: Bill O'Reilly 6pm-7pm: Catch Another Hour Of Mancow! (This needs to change ASAP) 7pm-10pm: Michael Savage 10pm-1am: Phil Valentine
....and of course, as with their other Opus stations, ABC27 is the one doing the Local Newscasts & Weathercasts with ABC News offering the National Newscasts.
Weekends? That would be oldies with Scott Shannon.
