1460 KARR, still broadcasting!

Had an opportunity to drive into the Bellevue area in a vehicle that doesn't have a terrible AM radio and started searching around on the dial. On 1460 I heard a station relaying the National Weather Service radio station KHB-60. I thought it might be KARR as it was getting stronger as I moved toward the south end of Bellevue. It was just after the top of the hour and I didn't think I was going to get an ID but then a female voice broke in over top of the weather info and said "1460 KARR Kirkland" (at least I think she announced the frequency).
I was under the impression that this station was going dark and being deleted due to the upgrade of KBRO but I guess for some reason they are keeping it going until the last minute. Perhaps they don't want to shut it down just yet if the deal has not been finalized and approved.

1460- listen while you still can!
