1490 WBAE ADDING FM Translator

Bible Broadcasting has applied to move 103.3 W277AM Biddeford translator into Portland. The 13 watt translator would upgrade to 99 watts from the tower of 100.9 WYNZ. The translator will be used to rebroadcast 1490 WBAE.

Many AM stations with a translator just drop the AM thing altogether. They do the legal ID but promote the FM frequency.
