1510 AM

Just to let you know that 1510 radio station in Waukesha, Wis. now has a Spanish format ESPN Deportes. I noticed it when I tuned to 1510 on the AM dial this morning, but I don't kow the new call letters are.

This past Monday and Wednesday I heard 1510 24 hours. They must be on a new tower or something.

Isn't there a 1510 in Minnesota that they have to protect? Unless they're allowed to operate under 100 watts, then I don't see how they can be on the air past sunset.

Nashville. Also Spokane & Boston. Waukesha isn't supposed to be on at night at all.

They did get a power increase from 10,000 watts to 23,000 but that's daytime only.

Ok. I was thinking of KSTP St. Paul, MN on 1500. Regardless, 1520 is within the 750 mile radius of WLAC Nashville. If they're able to get nighttime status, it might be for 100 watts or less. But I don't think it would be worth it to try and get night status, when few people in a major market would hear the station at night.
