1580 to fed talk?

http://dcrtv.org passes along that 1580 may soon go to federal talk; domain names registered.
They currently run shows like Dennis Miller and Lou Dobbs

For at least 2-3 months or more they have been ID'ing as Federal Radio and its been all talk. At least during the day anyway.
