It's actually 24 watts (24/1000=0.024 kW) Nighttime, not 240 watts Nighttime. It had 4 towers Nighttime. Sorry to nit pick.

I don't believe they owned the site on McCormick Blvd where the 4 towers are (were) located. When they applied for an STA they stated that they lost the site as the reason they had to move. The STA granted was for 8.7 kW daytime/ 0.625 kW nighttime from the site they applied for this CP.
