The transition at WULM was made Saturday May 31 at 12 noon during its Saturday morning Hispanic programming. WULM becomes the second Ohio station of Radio Maria USA the other being WHJM-FM licensed to Anna which is now entering its third year on the air.

WULM also reaches into Dayton,Columbus,Middletown and Richmond,Indiana during daylight hours.

Kirkie Fan,

Thanks for this update on WULM.

Don't think WULM is going to have many listeners here in Columbus, Ohio because
of their very weak signal. Also, here in Columbus we have http://www.stgabrielradio.com/ but they don't cover most of Columbus at
all but do plan to upgrade the signal if they can raise the needed funds.
This dose not seen likely at this time.

Is WULM going to upgrade its signal towards Columbus? What about Dayton?

For now WULM remains at 1,000 watts day and 34 watts night. There is an audiostream on the website for those at night when WULM powers down after sunset. The Dayton crew (Mary Pyper,John Koenig and others) stepped inside the studios on Miracle Mile in Springfield on Saturday to realign the sattellite dish for the RM feed from Alexandria. There is much to be done so for now they are staying in Springfield as a repeater of originator KJMJ (as is WHJM Anna/Botkins.)

Mentioned it for the sake of motorists travelling to Columbus or Richmond,IN.

I'm not stepping on any shoes with WUCO...I wish them well and hope they get their much needed upgrade...but RM is here for Springfield and Dayton and for anyone else listening on I-70 and I-75.
