1600am Huntsville sold?

WEUP has officially shut down 1600 am in Huntsville, moving it's gospel format permanently to 1700 am, as well as moving the "WEUP" calls to 1700 am and the "WEUV" calls to it's symulcast partner 1190 am in Moulton. Now they are apparently selling 1600am, which is currently silent. I just found this in the FCC database. 1600 am shows as a CP application for an all new station applied for and licensed to Lexington Park Broadcasters Inc. Apparently out of Tappan NJ. All of the history of 1600am, when it was WEUP, has been removed. It's like it never existed, but I can't find any information on an actual sell transaction from WEUP to Lexington Park Broadcasters. Does anyone have any further on this?

They are not selling 1600, but if they are they legally cant as they turned off 1600 under the 5 year expanded band rule.

Lexington Park Broadcasters has applied for a *NEW* station on 1600kHz licensed to Huntsville with 250 Watts ND....
