1610 and 530 weather forecasts

I'm curious what equipment and powers are used for the National Weather Service forecasts at those two frequencies.
Is there a tower at the airport being used for transmission? Does anyone have information?

The frequencies belong to Penndot, not the National Weather Service. I understand there's an antenna at one of the sheds just outside of Scranton.

530am and 1610am both have the call sign WPBG740 and are permitted to operate within an 80.0 km (50 mile) radius of the driver license center off Route 347 O'Neill Hwy in Dunmore; both frequencies are running 10 watts. 530am has 5 transmitters spread across the 50 mile radius and 1610am has 7. PennDot is the licensee. These were once separate licenses WPEX992 and WPGB740 but then combined into just WPBG740.

530am in Moosic has the call sign WPNY936and is also running 10 watts of power but from a 15 meter (49 foot) tower located off Montage Mtn road near the baseball park. Lackawanna County is the licensee of this station. This is a single location / xmtr site for this station.
